Progressive Management of America, Inc. (Progressive Management) was established in 1995 by Michael and Gayle Kent. Progressive Management is a full-service property management and consulting company located in Destin, Florida. We service clients from Pensacola to Panama City, Florida.
Progressive Management specializes in Multi-Family Management, Commercial Property Management, Condominium Association Management and Homeowner Association Management. To support the communities we manage, we established Progressive Support Services to further service our communities with a full-service maintenance and construction team. As part of our service we provide professional Engineers, Legal Counsel, Mediators, Consultants and other support services to ensure each community has the best support team in the industry.
Over the years, Progressive Management has been the leader in Hurricane Damage Restoration, Disaster Relief Loans, Community major renovations and enhancements, Customary Use guidance and application, and Community Covenants, Restrictions and Architectural Guideline updates. Most recently Progressive Management has been the leader in the industry by quickly and concisely instituting Emergency Procedures and Policies to protect our communities during the Coronavirus Pandemic. As part of our service to our communities Progressive Management facilitated the applications for Emergency Loans and Funds through the various Government Agencies to ensure our communities have the funds available to seamlessly continue to fund operating expenses during the Coronavirus Pandemic.
