Progressive Management of America, Inc. is a third party residential and resort condominium association property management company with a focus on resident and client services located in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. The corporation was founded by Michael G. Kent, President, who brings over 30 years of experience in property management, finance, and facilities engineering. The Chief Financial Officer, Gayle Kent, and the Controller, Jennifer Fillmore, oversee accounting, budgeting, payroll, and other fiscal areas of the corporation. The company effectively accommodates the needs of our residents, associations, and bondholders through communication and teamwork.

The only additional fees are based on what you use for administrative expenses – printing, postage, conference calls, etc.

Our firm services associations in both residential and commercial condominiums, as well as homeowners’ associations. Our clients range in size from eight to 416 condo units, and neighborhood associations as large as 325 homes. We have the resources to handle the large volume, and the focus to pay attention to the crucial details of the closest-knit communities.

MEET THE TEAM

We have a growing team of 13 licensed Community Association Managers, as well as owning Axis Maintenance Services, LLC, a licensed and insured maintenance company, available at any time for routine and on-call services to our asset managers for both the Association and individual owners. We also own Progressive Support Services, LLC, a state-certified General Contractor, providing oversight, coordination and turn-key services for complex construction projects, including obtaining permitting and final approvals.
